Water and heat suppressing non-shrink mortar "Dust-proof Filcon TF"

Special dust-proof agents are used during manufacturing! In mixing and injection work with non-shrink mortar, dust dispersion can be reduced.

"Anti-Dust Filcon TF" is a special non-shrink mortar designed to improve working conditions on-site. Compared to regular non-shrink mortars, it reduces dust generation during bag disassembly and mixing by over 90%. It helps to minimize dust dispersion during mixing and injection work of non-shrink mortar in places where ventilation is difficult, such as indoors and underground. 【Features】 - Achieves dust suppression while maintaining the quality of the conventional "Filcon TF," including non-shrink and hydration heat generation suppression properties. - Uses a special dust-reducing agent during manufacturing and mixes it to achieve dust suppression. - Helps to reduce dust dispersion during mixing and injection work of non-shrink mortar in places where ventilation is difficult, such as indoors and underground. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Water and heat suppressing non-shrink mortar 'Low Carbon - Filcon TF'

Temperature stress is reduced, making it possible to suppress temperature cracking! Low-carbon cement material that reduces CO2 by 32% compared to conventional materials.

The "Low Carbon Filcon TF" is a non-shrink mortar aimed at a low-carbon society, which incorporates latent hydraulic materials with extremely low CO2 emissions during production into a portion of the raw material cement, reducing the overall CO2 emissions of the product by 32% compared to conventional materials from our company. As the focus on environmentally considerate design (CASBEE) for structures becomes more common, the ability to reduce the CO2 emissions of the filling materials, which account for a significant volume in seismic retrofitting and other applications, provides a substantial advantage when evaluating the environmental consideration of construction projects. Furthermore, by utilizing our material technology, we have succeeded in reducing CO2 emissions while maintaining almost the same physical performance as conventional products. 【Features】 ■ Suppression of temperature cracking due to hydration heat ■ Good filling ability ■ Reliable load transfer ■ Stable strength development *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Water and heat suppressing non-shrink mortar 'Filcon TF'

Excellent fluidity allows for complete filling of complex-shaped voids! The temperature rise of the components will be minimized.

"Filcon TF" is a non-shrink mortar with hydration heat suppression properties. It is suitable for pouring large member cross-sections where temperature stress cracking due to hydration heat is a concern, as well as for pouring in hot weather. Temperature stress cracking is less likely to occur when the temperature rise of the member due to hydration heat is small. By adding hydration heat suppression functionality to the mortar, it is possible to effectively suppress temperature stress cracking. [Features] - The rate of hydration heat generation is lower compared to general non-shrink mortars. - The heat dissipation efficiency significantly improves during the temperature rise of the member due to hydration heat, resulting in a smaller temperature increase of the member. - The temperature stress of the member decreases, allowing for the suppression of temperature cracking. - There is no bleeding or settlement, ensuring that no voids are left after filling and reliable load transfer can be expected. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.*
